Contributions to Paid Family Leave PAC may be made by individuals, candidate committees, and labor unions, and are limited to $5,000 per year.  Contributions from foreign nationals (who do not hold a US Green Card), government contractors, national banks, & corporations chartered by Act of Congress are not permitted.

Contributions or gifts to Paid Leave PAC are not tax deductible. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year.
